Description :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing, along with exposure to AI-driven applications or intelligent testing tools. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, scalability, and reliability of our software products by combining traditional QA methodologies with modern automation and AI-assisted testing approaches.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to embed quality across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities :

Manual & Functional Testing :

- Analyze business and technical requirements to design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing across multiple platforms.

- Ensure complete test coverage and validate application behavior against acceptance criteria.

Automation Testing :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks for web, API, and/or mobile applications.

- Enhance and optimize automation frameworks to improve reliability, scalability, and execution efficiency.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.

AI & Intelligent Systems Testing :

- Validate AI/ML-based features, data-driven workflows, and intelligent systems for accuracy, performance, bias, and reliability.

- Test AI-enabled applications from a QA perspective, including data validation and output consistency.

- Leverage AI-assisted testing tools for test generation, optimization, self-healing scripts, or test analytics (where applicable).

Collaboration & Quality Assurance :

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality at every stage of development.

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.

- Participate in test strategy, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and proper test documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Testing Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing, including test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle management.

- Solid experience in Automation Testing using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.

- Experience testing Web applications and APIs using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent.

- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

AI Exposure (Must-Have / Good-to-Have) :

- Exposure to testing AI-enabled applications or AI/ML-based systems.

- Experience with or understanding of AI-powered testing tools, test optimization, or intelligent test maintenance.

- Awareness of LLMs, Generative AI, or AI workflows from a QA validation and testing perspective is a strong plus.

Technical & Tools :

- Programming or scripting experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Proficiency with version control systems like Git.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with performance or security testing tools.

- Knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
