About the Role :

Were looking for an experienced QA engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software through rigorous test planning, execution, and automation. Youll work cross-functionally with engineering and product management to shape solutions that deliver measurable value.

This is a high-impact role that will influence our quality and user experience of product, strengthen customer outcomes, and shape our companys growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, product behavior, and end-user expectations to identify high-leverage opportunities for improving test coverage and product reliability.

- Own the execution of automated and manual testing strategies across critical product workflows and releases.

- Collaborate closely with engineering and product management, to define and refine product requirements, ensuring they are testable, clear, and aligned with business goals.

- Participate in sprint meetings and provide feedback from a testing perspective.

- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas of improvement in our applications

- Mentor and support cross-functional teammates across QA, development, and DevOps disciplines, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared ownership of quality.

What Were Looking For :

- 4+ years of experience in the software quality assurance domain

- Proven track record in Functional and automation testing to deliver high-quality products

- Deep domain knowledge in web application testing, preferably in Healthcare domain

- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels

- Hands-on experience on automation frameworks preferably Playwright with JavaScript, and tools like Postman, JIRA, Zephyr, and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or GitHub Actions

- A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail

- Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems
