Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing

We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the reliability of our telecom platforms through manual and automation testing. You will validate the performance, scalability, and compliance of high-availability systems, including network provisioning, billing, CRM, and self-care portals, across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute manual test cases for telecom workflows (order management, subscriber provisioning, billing).

- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG/JUnit.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing across OSS/BSS modules.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.

- Maintain comprehensive test documentation.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies.

- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).

- Validate system performance under load using JMeter or LoadRunner (preferred).

Required Skills :

- Manual Testing : Test case design, telecom workflows, defect tracking.

- Automation Testing : Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Maven.

- Telecom Domain : OSS/BSS systems, CRM, billing, provisioning.

- Agile Tools : JIRA, Confluence, Scrum.

- CI/CD & Version Control : Jenkins, Git, GitLab.

- Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics.

- 4+ years of QA experience with manual and automation testing.

- Expertise in Java + Selenium automation frameworks.

- Familiarity with telecom protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON) and network simulation tools.

- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and cross-browser testing platforms.

Preferred Extras :

- Experience with OSS/BSS platforms (e.g., Amdocs, Ericsson, Netcracker).

- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

- Understanding of network provisioning flows, SIM activation, and real-time charging systems.

- Certifications in ISTQB, Telecom QA, or Automation Tools.
