- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans for manual and automated testing across GenAI, UI/UX, APIs, and backend systems.

- Validate outputs of LLMs and RAG systems by designing test cases for prompt accuracy, data leakage, context relevance, and hallucinations.

- Perform end-to-end testing of document parsing, clause suggestions, chat flows, and workflow accuracy.

- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, PyTest, Postman, and CI pipelines.

- Act as Agile coordinator/Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, daily standups, and inter-team follow-ups.

- Own Jira board and team productivity tracking, ensuring bugs and features are triaged and resolved within the sprint.

- Maintain release readiness documentation and change logs in collaboration with the engineering and product team.

- Conduct exploratory testing for newly deployed LLM features and API endpoints.

- Communicate QA findings

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 3+ years of QA experience with both manual and automation testing.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON payloads, and AI-related testing scenarios.

- Experience working in Agile environments and managing sprints via Jira or similar tools.

- Excellent documentation skills for test plans, bug reports, and release notes.

- Bonus: Background in legal-tech or experience testing AI-driven interfaces or NLP systems.

- Ability to multitask across QA and PM responsibilities with effective time management.
