Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual & Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional testing and system testing to validate software applications against requirements.

- Develop and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.

- Work with the automation team to create and maintain Selenium WebDriver test scripts.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and

provide timely feedback on quality issues.

- Prepare and maintain test artifacts including test plans, test cases, test execution reports, and defect reports.

- Participate in defect tracking, root cause analysis, and help drive defect resolution.

- Use TestNG framework for test execution and reporting in automation testing.

- Ensure comprehensive test coverage for web application features and functionality.

- Follow best practices in QA and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in manual testing and functional testing.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application automation.

- Knowledge of TestNG framework for managing test execution.

- Strong understanding of test artifacts such as test plans, test cases, and defect reports.

- Experience in system testing and end-to-end test execution.

- Familiarity with web application testing and cross-browser testing.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.

- Experience with other automation tools or scripting languages is a plus.
