About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer with hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of software testing principles, automation frameworks, and quality assurance processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (as applicable).

- Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Contribute to test planning, test strategy, and test documentation.

- Support continuous integration and continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.

- Provide clear and detailed testing reports and communicate test results effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing (Manual + Automation).

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.

- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

- Experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python for automation scripting.

- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.

- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
