Description :

We are looking for a QA-1 Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality products through a strong mix of manual testing and test automation. You will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure our applications are reliable, scalable, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities :

- Understand product requirements and create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.

- Identify, report, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.

- Validate fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.

- Identify test cases suitable for automation and improve test coverage.

- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.

- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.

- Perform API testing using tools like Postman / Rest Assured.

- Validate request/response payloads, headers, status codes, and error handling.

- Automate API test cases wherever applicable.

Requirements :

- 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).

- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals and SDLC/STLC.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium (Java / Python preferred).

- Experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.

- Solid experience in API testing.

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira.

- Basic understanding of SQL and database testing.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
