Job Description : QA Engineer Guidewire + ETL + Data Testing.

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad.

Experience : 5 to 8 Years.

Work Model : Hybrid (23 days/week in office).

About The Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Guidewire testing, ETL QA, and Data validation. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of QA methodologies, be proactive in problem-solving, and have experience in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Guidewire PolicyCenter/BillingCenter/ClaimCenter applications.

- Perform ETL testing for data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and completeness across data sources.

- Conduct data validation and data comparison across systems and databases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, BAs, and product owners to understand requirements and testing scope.

- Identify, report, and track bugs in a structured manner.

- Contribute to test automation frameworks and help drive automation strategy (if applicable).

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Required Skills :

- 58 years of overall QA experience.

- Hands-on experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).

- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data testing/validation.

- Proficient in SQL for data validation and test preparation.

- Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, or similar.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Good To Have :

- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, etc.)

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for data pipelines.

- Basic understanding of insurance domain, particularly P&C insurance.
