Quality Assurance Engineer - Generative AI Models

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for Generative AI models (text, image, audio, etc.).

- Evaluate AI-generated content for quality, safety, bias, coherence, factual accuracy, and relevance.

- Develop automated and manual testing pipelines for LLM and GenAI model outputs.

- Identify and report issues related to hallucinations, bias, toxicity, data leakage, and ethical compliance.

- Collaborate with engineering and research teams to define quality metrics and improve model performance.

- Create synthetic and edge-case data scenarios to stress-test models.

- Work on prompt engineering and adversarial prompt testing.

- Continuously monitor model behavior after deployment to catch regressions or new issues.

- Help define and maintain QA processes and best practices for AI/ML systems.
