Job Description :


- Final inspection of a UAV System and clearance for dispatch.

- Supporting on field activities for UAV flight testing and monitoring for any deviations and providing feedback.

- Execution/Inspection of Functional testing (FT) at module level and system level of UAV.

- Identify and document non-conformances.

- Responsible for conduction of Root cause analysis (RCA) and take Corrective actions (CA) on time

- Reviewing ATPs (Acceptance Test Plans) and other documents to meet testing criteria.

- Strong knowledge of AS9100D and adherence to the process followed as per QMS (Quality Management Systems) and support in conducting Internal audits and follow up for closure of audit findings

- Awareness of IPC/WHMA 620 standard to monitor Harness fabrication.

- Troubleshooting the problems encountered with strong knowledge of the UAV systems.

- Strong knowledge of Harness, Avionics and interface of the system (UAS).

- Strong Knowledge on Problem Solving tools like 5Why, 7QC tools and 8D Problem solving technologies.

- Support conducting MRB meetings and initiation of actions taken like SCRAP, RTV etc.

- Monitoring the daily process activities and maintaining data/report on daily basis.

- Ready to support different locations (within Bangalore) based on the requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

We are looking for B.Tech / M.Tech in ECE / Electrical stream only with 3+ years of exp in Aerospace quality , Exp in AS9100 , Final Inspection


Must Have :


- Must have experience in final inspection of aerospace UAV systems and components.

- Must have experience working with AS9100 process requirements.

- Must have experience in root cause analysis

- Must have experience in Quality Management System
