JOB DESCRIPTION :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyse production data to identify reusable golden datasets.

- Apply masking/pseudonymisation and ensure compliance.

- Perform subsetting, cloning and environment refreshes.

- Generate synthetic data.

- Build and automate ETL/ELT pipelines for data provisioning.

- Perform data quality checks.

- Manage non-production environments (TEM).

- Provide datasets for QA Engineers/Testers.

- Publish dashboards (pipeline results, provisioning times, dataset coverage).

- Govern access and secret management.

Skills Required :

- Test Data Management expertise (masking, synthetic data, subsetting).

- Strong SQL and Python scripting; ETL/ELT orchestration.

- Knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL/messaging and Databricks.

- Experience in managing non-production environments.

- Git, CI/CD, Docker and basic Kubernetes knowledge.

- GDPR/PII, encryption, RBAC, secret management proficiency.

- Ability to integrate monitoring, logging and traceability into pipelines.

- Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
