Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer - Databricks with strong expertise in data testing, ETL validation, SQL, Python, and BI report testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and reliability of data and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform ETL testing and validate end-to-end data pipelines.

- Validate data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.

- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation.

- Perform BI Report Testing and validate reports against source data.

- Use Python for test automation, data validation, and testing activities.

- Work with Databricks and data engineering environments.

- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.

- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, BI teams, and business stakeholders.

- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

- Perform regression, integration, and data quality testing.

Candidate Requirements :

- 6 - 9 years of total experience in QA/Data Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience in ETL and data validation testing.

- Databricks experience is highly relevant.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
