Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in testing conversational platforms, telephony systems, and Amazon Connect components.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing and executing test cases, managing defects, and performing end-to-end validation for chatbot, IVR, and cloud-based communication solutions.

The role requires proficiency in testing AWS services such as Amazon Connect IVR, Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3, along with solid experience using QMetry and JIRA for test execution and defect tracking.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Planning & Execution :

- Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases for chatbot, telephony, and IVR workflows.

- Execute manual test cases for conversational AI, Amazon Connect IVR, voice flows, telephony flows, and backend integrations.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across voice and chat channels.

- Validate data storage and retrieval from Amazon DynamoDB and data flow through AWS Lambda and S3.

Defect Tracking & Reporting :

- Log, track, and manage defects in QMetry and JIRA.

- Collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Provide detailed test execution reports, defect metrics, and daily/weekly QA status updates.

Cloud & Conversational Platform Testing :

- Test and validate chatbot flows, NLP responses, and conversational logic.

- Validate Amazon Connect configurations such as IVR prompts, call flows, routing profiles, queues, and telephony features.

- Perform validation of AWS components including :

1. Amazon Connect

2. Lambda functions

3. DynamoDB

4. Amazon S3

API & Integration Testing (Nice to Have) :

- Validate system integrations using Postman, including REST APIs and backend service triggers.

- Exposure to MuleSoft integration testing is a plus.

Required Skills :

- Experience in test case preparation, execution, defect logging, and reporting.

- Proficiency with QMetry and JIRA.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- API testing using Postman.

- Experience with MuleSoft integrations.

- Understanding of CI/CD processes and cloud-based architectures.
