We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify defects, improve test coverage, and contribute to delivering high-quality software.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, and is passionate about building robust software systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute manual test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing.

- Participate in requirement reviews to understand acceptance criteria and identify edge cases.

- Design, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

- Validate software functionality, performance, and usability across multiple platforms.

- Identify, report, and track defects using tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

- Work with developers to reproduce, debug, and prioritize issues.

- Ensure proper documentation of test results, test plans, and defect logs.

- Contribute to building and maintaining automated test suites.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.

- Recommend improvements to testing processes, frameworks, and tools.

- Participate in code reviews for test scripts and automation code.

- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements.

- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

- Mentor junior QA team members on best practices and testing strategies.

Required Qualifications :

- 2 -4 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies : functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.

- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.

- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#).

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
