Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer with strong expertise in Automation Testing and hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) tools or Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize and automate test design, execution, and analysis. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of QA best practices, modern automation frameworks, and innovative AI-driven approaches to testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.

- Integrate Gen AI / LLM tools to automate test case generation, bug triage, and test documentation.

- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure test coverage and high product quality.

- Implement continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

- Perform root cause analysis for defects and ensure comprehensive regression testing.

- Evaluate and introduce AI-driven test automation tools and frameworks.

- Contribute to building an AI-augmented testing framework or workflow.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation testing.

- Proficiency in one or more automation tools/frameworks : Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, TestNG, JUnit, etc.

- Exposure to Gen AI / LLM-based testing automation, such as using AI for test case generation, analysis, or defect prediction.

- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, Newman, Swagger).

- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
