Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform manual exploratory testing for web UI and API components to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.

- Communicate defects, risks, and progress clearly and professionally in written and spoken English.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Document and maintain exploratory test specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Apply critical thinking skills to challenge, clarify, and refine product requirements.

- Prepare and review acceptance criteria for user stories and features in collaboration with Product Owners and Developers.

- Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

- Analyze and debug failed automated tests (UI and API) to identify root causes and work with developers to resolve issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall product quality.

- Ability to document, maintain, and update test specifications.

- Good understanding of acceptance criteria preparation and review processes.

- Strong knowledge of Agile practices (SCRUM) and working in iterative development environments.

- Proficiency in debugging and analyzing failed automated tests.

Hands-on experience with test automation tools and scripting including :

- Selenium (C#)

- Groovy

- Playwright
