Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through effective testing practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile development practices, expertise in various types of testing (load, performance, security, and database), experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), proficiency in cloud project management platforms, and a solid understanding of automation and deployment processes.

Responsibilities :

1. Agile Development Practices :

- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to align testing activities with development goals.

2. Testing Expertise :

- Conduct comprehensive testing, including load, performance, security, and database testing, to ensure the reliability and

scalability of software applications.

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.

- Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution.

3. Cloud Platforms :

- Utilize knowledge of Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms to create and manage test environments.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure testing aligns with cloud architecture best practices.

4. Project Management :

- Contribute to project timeline and milestones to ensure testing activities are integrated into development lifecycle

5. Automation :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.

- Identify opportunities for test automation and implement solutions to increase test coverage.

6. Deployment Knowledge :

- Possess a solid understanding of deployment processes and collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and error-free deployments.

- Contribute to the development of deployment scripts and participate in deployment activities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role in agile software development environments.

- Strong expertise in load, performance, security, and database testing.

- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress).

- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, AWS, and other cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with cloud project management platforms.

- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.

- Knowledge of deployment processes and practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
