Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop, execute, and maintaining test cases and plans based on business and technical requirements.

2. Estimating, prioritizing, and executing quality testing activities.

3. Interacting with stakeholders to understand the requirements and derive any test requirements.

4. Performing different test types execution based on the requirements for different platforms and proper reporting to all stakeholders.

5. Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using JIRA/QATouch or any bug tracking tools.

6. Collaborating with developers, system engineers, marketing & technical managers to improve software quality.

7. Provide proactive feedback on UI/UX, Performance, and overall user experience.

8. Proactively giving demos to all stakeholders on key features or improvements in the product, and also supporting POC/demos to new customers.

9. Participate in daily scrums and retrospective meetings to improve in QA process.

10. Innovative in testing and defining success criteria with minimum test data.

11. Support customer queries and interface with internal technical support staff.

12. Should be able to deploy in any cloud or on-premises servers.

What we are looking for :

1. Overall, 4+ years of experience in Software testing with Web, API & Mobile application testing.

2. Experience in Video Management Software (VMS), Video compression, Cameras, Streaming & Transcoding.

3. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Software testing life cycle (STLC).

4. Experience in different test types handling, including functional, regression, non-functional, usability for web and mobile-based applications.

5. Experience in deriving test cases using design and analysis methods, writing testcases, execution, and defect reporting.

6. Knowledge of SQL for database validation.

7. Familiar with API based testing using any tools like Postman, SoapUI.

8. Ability to create test plans, test reports.

9. Exposure to Scrum/Agile methodologies.

10. Experience in UI/UX.

11. Experience in working with test management tools, performance tools, Linux/Unix/Windows OS.

12. Python scripting will be required to create or enhance tools that help in improving efficiency.
