Role Overview :

Acuver Consulting is looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in manual and automation testing, specifically in API automation and supply chain applications, preferably with exposure to Sterling Commerce products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable API automation frameworks

- Define test strategies, plans, and execution aligned with business goals

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

- Build reusable automation test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines

- Perform testing across OMS, WMS, TMS integrations

- Track, report, and validate defects

- Develop performance and load testing scenarios

- Monitor test coverage, quality metrics, and KPIs

- Mentor junior team members and drive QA best practices

- Present quality plans, test results, and progress reports to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of relevant experience in API Automation (Mandatory)

- Strong experience in Manual & Automation Testing

- Expertise in Rest Assured, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar tools

- Experience in framework development using Java / Python

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes (OMS, WMS, TMS)

- Experience with Git

- Hands-on experience with JIRA / Bugzilla

- Experience leading QA teams

- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Sterling OMS, Manhattan WMS, or similar platforms

- ISTQB or relevant QA certifications

- Experience in Performance Testing (JMeter, Gatling, NeoLoad, etc.)

- Knowledge of Cloud platforms and Microservices architecture
