Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-caliber QA Engineer to join our specialized AI/ML team in Hyderabad, focusing on the rigorous validation of intelligent banking systems. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for AI/ML models to ensure high accuracy and performance in real-time banking environments.

- Automate complex testing workflows using Python and PyTest to accelerate release cycles and maintain high-quality standards across the development lifecycle.

- Perform rigorous data validation and SQL-based backend testing to ensure the integrity of financial datasets feeding into our machine learning engines.

- Conduct end-to-end API testing to verify seamless integration between front-end banking applications and back-end AI services.

- Execute performance and regression testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure system stability under high-concurrency financial transaction loads.

- Manage defect tracking and resolution workflows within Jira, providing clear insights to cross-functional teams to expedite the remediation of critical issues.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust test scenarios, ensuring that fraud detection models meet stringent regulatory and functional benchmarks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Software Testing methodologies with a specific focus on AI/ML model validation and data-driven testing frameworks.

- Proficiency in Python and PyTest for building scalable automation suites, complemented by strong SQL skills for complex data verification.

- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, enabling you to understand model behavior and troubleshoot algorithmic anomalies effectively.

- Proven ability to perform API and performance testing, ensuring that banking applications remain performant and secure during peak operational hours.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
