Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through meticulous testing and analysis. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience. Your work will directly impact the satisfaction of our customers and the success of our business by delivering reliable and robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and ensure adherence to functional requirements for various software modules.

- Perform black box and white box testing to comprehensively evaluate software performance, security, and reliability, ensuring a robust and secure product.

- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports, to ensure clear communication and traceability of testing efforts.

- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve identified defects, contributing to the continuous improvement of software quality.

- Participate in test automation efforts by identifying suitable test cases and contributing to the development of automated test scripts, enhancing testing efficiency and coverage.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and specifications.

- Proven experience in performing black box and white box testing techniques to identify software defects and vulnerabilities.

- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).

- Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment in our Bangalore office.
