Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through manual and automated testing.

The ideal candidate will work closely with development and product teams to identify defects early and help deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

- Perform manual and automated testing for web and API-based applications.

- Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools.

- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.

- Execute regression, functional, integration, system, and UAT testing.

- Develop and maintain test automation scripts where applicable.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and best practices.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Continuously improve testing processes and test coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester.

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.

- Experience with manual testing and test case design.

- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.

- Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or REST clients.

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
