About the Role:

As a Manager | QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the testing strategy for complex systems and ensuring the highest standards of software quality.

Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build robust automation frameworks, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and ensure scalability and performance across platforms.

Skill Set & Experience :

- Automation Testing expertise using Java with Selenium

- Hands-on experience in Automation Frameworks - Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber (Must-Have)

- Proven experience in testing HR Platforms / HR Tech applications

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Knowledge of AWS-specific testing tools for cloud-based environments

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach

- Excellent analytical and debugging skills
