We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium, solid expertise in database testing, and a track record of ensuring software quality in complex systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role requires a proactive professional who can work independently, contribute to automation frameworks, and ensure full test coverage through both manual and automated testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional and regression testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring all requirements are thoroughly validated.

- Design, write, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

- Conduct database testing to validate data integrity, data migrations, and backend processing using SQL queries.

- Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, and BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber).

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with project goals.

- Identify, log, and track bugs using appropriate defect tracking tools.

- Create and deliver comprehensive test reports in line with organizational governance and quality standards.

- Continuously improve test strategies and automation coverage to support continuous delivery and DevOps practices.

- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and test automation.

- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.

- Solid experience in database testing with ability to write and execute complex SQL queries.

- Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks such as Rest Assured, Cucumber, or other BDD tools.

- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.

- Excellent analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation in DevOps environments.

- ISTQB or equivalent QA certifications are a plus.
