Quality Assurance Automation Lead - Python/PyTest

Responsibilities :

- Own and drive test strategy, planning, and architecture design for storage solutions.

- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Python & PyTest.

- Lead performance, reliability, and regression testing initiatives.

- Mentor and guide QA engineers on best practices in automation and debugging.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, DevOps) to ensure product quality at every stage.

- Perform deep-dive analysis and troubleshooting of issues in block, file, and object storage systems.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Automation.

- Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on expertise in PyTest.

- Solid understanding of storage systems (block, file, object).

- Experience in designing test architectures and frameworks.

- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and also lead a team of QA engineers.

- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
