About the Role :

Xperteez Technology is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead to drive quality engineering across mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Java, Selenium, and Cypress, along with hands-on experience leading QA teams and implementing robust testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress & Java.

- Ensure comprehensive test coverage for functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Collaborate with development teams to identify, track & resolve defects.

- Mentor QA engineers and drive best practices in automation and quality.

- Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases.

- Own end-to-end quality assurance processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on skills in Java, Selenium & Cypress.

- Experience designing or maintaining automation frameworks.

- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and CI/CD environments.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience leading or mentoring QA teams.

- Excellent communication & documentation skills.
