Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced QA Tester Lead to join our team in Bengaluru.

This role involves leading QA efforts across embedded and software systems, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a dynamic Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of testers; oversee performance and skill development.

- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for embedded systems and payment platforms.

- Plan, prioritize, and manage QA tasks in coordination with cross-functional teams.

- Execute manual and automated testing: functional, regression, integration, and performance.

- Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and practices.

- Ensure compliance, consistency, and repeatability in testing processes.

- Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product managers to meet quality goals.

- Clearly communicate testing status, risks, and results to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 8 years of QA/testing experience with 23 years in a leadership role.

- Strong experience in both manual and automation testing.

- Expertise in embedded systems and hardware/software integration testing.

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

- Proficiency with JIRA, test management tools, and scripting languages.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ISTQB certification.

- Experience with test rigs and real-time embedded systems.
