About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned QA Automation Engineer to build and maintain a scalable, reliable, and efficient automated testing framework.

You will be a champion for quality, ensuring that our software releases are rigorously tested across functional, performance, and security domains before deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute end-to-end automation scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

- Build and maintain the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for test automation.

- Develop automation strategies for API testing (Postman/Rest Assured) and performance testing (JMeter/Gatling).

- Collaborate closely with developers to integrate automation tests into the development cycle (Shift-Left testing).

- Analyze test results, report defects, and track them to closure using a tracking system (e.g., JIRA).

- Mentor junior QA team members on best practices in automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on automation.

- Expertise in a scripting language like Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Deep experience with web application automation tools like Selenium WebDriver or Cypress.

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Experience with mobile application testing (Appium) is a plus
