Job Description

We are looking to onboard three HCs for the Quality Engineer role, which is a remote position.


You will be responsible for :


- Ensuring that software bugs are detected early in the Software Development Lifecycle, liaising with the development teams to promote continuous alignment.


- Implementing automated tests for multiple testing scenarios in the context of a wide range of country instances.


- Continuously extending the coverage of automation tests to support early detection of bugs and risks.


- Working closely with country distribution and core domain squads to ensure software quality goals are being achieved.


- Proposing process improvements in the context of our continuous improvement strategy, and driving their implementation.


- Mastering all the needed tools and components required to perform assigned tasks.


- Follow the software development best practices and methodologies adopted by the company.


- Produce relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality as everyone's responsibility strategy.


You will require the following qualifications and skills :


- Solid experience with automated testing, with at least 7 years of experience.


- Knowledge of at least one software development language.


- Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.


- Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing.


- Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.


The following qualifications are not mandatory, but will be valued :


- Experience building Load/Stress Tests, using tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark or similar.


- Experience in a continuous integration/deployment environment.


- Experience building tests in the context of a microservice/SOA architecture.


- Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured,or similar tools.
