- 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce automation testing, with a minimum of 4+ years focused on Salesforce CRM applications, including various clouds such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.

- Strong functional knowledge of LWC components.

- Proficient in both UI and API automation, utilizing tools like Selenium, Appium, and Rest Assured.

- Extensive experience in automation (UI, headless, and API) using Playwright, Java, JavaScript, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Jenkins, CI/CD, and API automation.

- Proven experience in Salesforce automation testing, covering Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities, and custom applications.

- Mobile automation testing experience using BrowserStack is a plus.

- Research, design, and implement automation frameworks for testing.

- Automate functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing using both internal and open-source tools.

- Manage test case creation, test data preparation, automatic bug capture, and test progress tracking.

- Advanced knowledge of tools including JIRA, Zephyr, TFS, HP ALM, HP UFT, Coded UI, Telerik, Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, TestNG, Appium.

Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce QA testing and test automation.

- Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform and integrations.

- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for test automation.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot automation failures.
