Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python for CPE devices.
- Automate functional, performance, and regression tests for RDK-B based DOCSIS 4.0 modems.
- Perform Wi-Fi testing (IEEE 802.11 standards) including throughput, latency, and stability.
- Utilize tools like Wireshark for packet analysis and iPerf for performance benchmarking.
- Validate TCP/IP stack, routing, NAT, QoS, and security features on CPE platforms.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for new features.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
- Document test results and provide detailed reports for stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred :
- Experience with TR-069/TR-369 telemetry testing.
- Familiarity with OpenWrt, prplMesh, and vendor SDKs.
- Exposure to performance benchmarking and stress testing for Wi-Fi 6/7.
