Job Description :

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Functional Testing, Web Application Automation, and API Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Playwright, Pytest, Rest Assured, SQL, and CI/CD processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

- Perform Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing.

- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Pytest.

- Design and execute API automation test cases using Rest Assured.

- Validate application data through SQL queries and database testing.

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

- Identify, track, and report defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.

- Participate in test planning, estimation, and test execution activities.

- Prepare test reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong experience in Functional Testing and Test Automation.

- Hands-on experience with Playwright and Pytest.

- Experience in API Automation using Rest Assured.

- Good knowledge of SQL and database testing.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of Git version control.

- Experience in automation framework design and maintenance.
