Job Description QA Automation Engineer:

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.

- Develop and execute automated test scripts for web applications.

- Perform API Automation testing using Rest Assured.

- Create reusable and scalable automation frameworks from scratch and enhance existing frameworks.

- Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.

- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Identify, log, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams in an Agile environment.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Generate test execution reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

- 48 years of experience in Automation Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Selenium.

- Good experience in API Automation using Rest Assured.

- Experience in automation framework development, enhancement, and maintenance.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and testing best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

- Maven/Gradle build tools.

- Git version control.

- SQL and Database Testing.

- BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
