Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Automation QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver and Java to join our QA team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure the quality and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.

- Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web applications.

- Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and develop test cases accordingly.

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and report defects using tools like JIRA or similar.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with DevOps and CI/CD teams to integrate automated tests into build pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.

- Continuously improve test processes, tools, and techniques.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in automation testing using Selenium and Java.

- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Proficiency in writing and maintaining test scripts in Java.

- Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.

- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.

- Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle.

- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
