Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Java/Selenium

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and related libraries.

- Develop reusable components and maintain the automation framework.

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web applications.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to understand test requirements and scope.

- Execute automated test suites and analyse results to identify issues.

- Contribute to the integration of test suites in CI/CD pipelines (e. g., Jenkins).

- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and support manual testing when needed.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in QA automation using Java and Selenium.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and Java best practices.

- Experience with test frameworks like TestNG or Junit.

- Experience with tools like Maven, Git, Jenkins, and Postman.

- Working knowledge of API testing and RESTful services.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber.

- Exposure to cross-browser and mobile test automation.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
