Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer (812 Years) to lead and elevate our quality assurance initiatives for our next-generation AI and Agentic AI-powered systems. In this role, you will not just be running scripts; you will design and architect robust, scalable automation frameworks from scratch using Cypress and Playwright.

As a senior member of the team, you will bridge the gap between traditional UI/API testing and the deterministic/non-deterministic complexities of AI models, ensuring our intelligent systems are reliable, accurate, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced, scalable test automation frameworks from scratch using Cypress and Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).

- Define and execute comprehensive test strategies specifically tailored for AI-powered and Agentic AI systems (e.g., validating LLM outputs, agent workflows, and model consistency).

- Build and manage robust UI and API automation suites to ensure seamless integration and performance of applications.

- Implement and optimize automation test suites within modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab) for continuous testing.

- Partner closely with Software Developers, Product Managers, and Data/AI Engineers to understand system architecture and define acceptance criteria.

- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, champion QA best practices, and significantly reduce manual testing dependencies.

- Perform deep functional, regression, integration, and API testing to identify complex system anomalies, driving them to resolution to improve product stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8 to 12 years of core experience in software test automation, with a proven track record in a senior or lead capacity.

- Deep, hands-on expertise with Cypress and Playwright is mandatory.

- Strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript.

- Proven experience testing AI-powered systems, LLMs, or Agentic AI workflows. Understanding how to test non-deterministic systems is a massive plus.

- Strong expertise in testing RESTful APIs or GraphQL using tools like Postman, SuperTest, or built-in Cypress/Playwright API capabilities.

- Solid understanding of Git and integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

- Analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to articulate technical quality risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
