Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5+ years on full-fledged automation with overall 7+ years of experience.

- Nice to have experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.

- Good to have experience in Cypress and Jest for automation.

- Knowledge of end-to-end testing life cycle with expertise in key functional testing KPIs.

- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium and BDD tools like Cucumber.

- Good knowledge on at-least one of these : Java, JS, Dot Net, React native and React.

- Experience building Automation Framework. Knowledge on Appium is a MUST.

- Ability to independently develop and execute automation scripts.

- Familiar with tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Quest, VersionOne, ADO/TFS, Katalon, Jmeter, Performance center.

- Designing and building efficient, detailed, comprehensive and well-structured, and reusable test cases and test scenarios for functional, regression testing, using manual and automated test suites appropriately.

- Identify potential problems that users might have on a variety of platforms and environments.

- Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

- Developing reusable functions to perform common functionality executed in automated test cases.

- Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities.

- Solid understanding and practical experience of agile software development and continuous integration (CI/CD) processes.

- Ability to work with a team of programmers/developers, good stakeholder management skill.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage complex problems and multiple concurrent projects with a penchant for meeting deadlines and key milestones.

- Must be able to work under pressure, have a strong sense of ownership of the program, and be action-oriented.

- Should be able to communicate vision with enthusiasm.

- Demonstrated ability to recognize problems, recommend solutions, and collaboratively implement changes.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interface effectively with all levels within the organization, including executive and senior management teams.

- Should be capable to undertake innovative and critical thinking that challenges the status quo with ideas that create significant business value.

- Independent thinker and researcher.

- Automation (Selenium + Cypress + Jest + Cucumber BDD) + Appium + Java/JavaScript/.NET + Testing (Functional + Regression + E2E testing) + Framework building experience + CI/CD exposure.

- Tools : JIRA, Bitbucket, ADO + JMeter (performance testing). These are mandate.
