Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Cypress

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts using Cypress.

- Collaborate closely with developers, QA team, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality.

- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.

- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.

- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test data.

- Provide timely feedback to development teams and suggest improvements.

Required Skills :

- Strong programming/scripting skills in Java (or JavaScript/TypeScript).

- Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.

- Good understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries.

- Hands-on experience with Postman for REST API testing.

- Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and defect management tools (like JIRA).
