Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - C#/Selenium

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer who is passionate about building scalable automation frameworks, enhancing product quality, and contributing to a high-performing engineering culture.

You will work closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to design, implement, and execute robust automation strategies across web and API layers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using C# and Selenium.

- Develop comprehensive automation scripts for regression, functional, and integration testing.

- Perform API testing using Postman and automation tools/frameworks.

- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test case design.

- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and work with developers to resolve defects.

- Ensure test coverage, reliability, and speed of automated test suites.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Prepare detailed test reports and ensure adherence to QA best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong programming experience in C#.

- In-depth hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.

- Proficiency in Postman for manual and automated API testing.

- Strong knowledge of API testing, request/response validation, and debugging.

- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and SDLC/STLC processes.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.

- Knowledge of testing frameworks like NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest.

- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)
