Role Overview :

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our software products by designing and executing comprehensive automated testing frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to integrate quality assurance into every stage of the development lifecycle. Your contribution will directly influence the stability of our platforms, ensuring that we deliver high-quality, bug-free solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain robust automation scripts using Selenium to increase test coverage and reduce manual intervention.

- Execute end-to-end API testing to validate the integrity and performance of backend services and integrations.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure seamless code deployment and continuous feedback loops.

- Conduct rigorous performance testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure system scalability under high-load conditions.

- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment to define test strategies and resolve critical defects early in the SDLC.

- Manage bug tracking and documentation through Jira to maintain transparency and accountability across the project lifecycle.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in test automation using Python or Java, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Hands-on experience with software testing tools and version control systems like Git to manage code repositories effectively.

- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable test plans and technical documentation.

- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with 3 to 4 years of experience in delivering high-quality automation solutions.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration within a hybrid work setup in Delhi NCR.
