Role Overview :

As a QA Automation Engineer at Rayosys Services, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining sophisticated automation frameworks that ensure the reliability and performance of complex software systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define testing strategies that align with business objectives. Your work will directly impact the end-user experience by identifying critical bottlenecks and ensuring seamless deployments in fast-paced, agile environments, ultimately driving the quality standards of our client engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript to enhance test coverage and execution speed for web applications.

- Develop and execute comprehensive API testing suites using POSTMAN and Python to validate backend services and ensure seamless data integration.

- Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to facilitate continuous delivery and rapid feedback loops.

- Conduct rigorous performance and load testing using JMeter to ensure system stability under high-traffic conditions.

- Perform complex database testing using SQL to verify data integrity and consistency across multi-tier application architectures.

- Manage version control and collaborative workflows using Git to ensure code quality and maintainability across distributed teams.

- Deploy and manage testing environments within cloud infrastructures such as AWS and Azure to support scalable test execution.

- Lead manual testing efforts for edge cases and exploratory scenarios that require human intuition, ensuring holistic product coverage.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and TypeScript, with a strong foundation in Java and Python programming.

- Proven ability to design and execute API and database testing strategies, ensuring high-performance standards for enterprise-grade applications.

- Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration and cloud platform management, specifically within AWS or Azure environments.

- Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in an Agile environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of code quality and documentation.

- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within diverse, geographically distributed teams.

- A minimum of 6 to 12 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and automation engineering.
