We are seeking an experienced Selenium Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in automation framework development, test script creation, and CI/CD integration.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Selenium automation using Java or Python and a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, Agile practices, and test automation best practices.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, executing automated test suites, and ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automation scripts for web applications.

- Create, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks including:

1. Data-Driven Framework

2. Keyword-Driven Framework

3. Hybrid Framework

4. BDD Framework

- Develop automated test scripts using Java or Python.

- Utilize testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, and PyTest.

- Execute automated test suites and analyze test execution results.

- Perform:

1. Functional Testing

2. Regression Testing

3. Smoke Testing

4. Sanity Testing

- Identify, log, track, and validate defects using tools such as JIRA and ALM.

- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

- Support cross-browser testing across Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and other browsers.

- Implement distributed test execution using Selenium Grid.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams within Agile/Scrum environments.

- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and quality assurance activities.

- Ensure automation code quality, maintainability, reusability, and scalability.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation practices.
