QA_Automation_Engineer

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium, TOSCA, and UiPath

- Automate UI, regression, and API test scenarios across large, integrated systems

- Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) for microservices and platform integrations

- Validate end to end business flows across Salesforce, ServiceNow, and downstream Telco systems

- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / Jenkins)

- Collaborate with business, developers, and architects in Agile delivery teams

- Analyse defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure quality gates are met

- Drive shift left testing, automation coverage, and test optimisation
