Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Cypress and JavaScript.

- Perform API Automation Testing using Rest Assured.

- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test execution reports.

- Identify, track, and manage defects using Jira.

- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams to ensure product quality.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Analyze test results and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in Cypress Web Automation.

- Good programming skills in JavaScript.

- Experience in API Automation using Rest Assured.

- Hands-on experience with Jira for defect tracking and test management.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

- SQL and Database Testing

- Git Version Control

- Performance Testing knowledge
