- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks and scripts for web, mobile, and API applications to ensure comprehensive test coverage and product stability.

- Collaborate proactively with development and product teams to understand functional requirements, identify critical test scenarios, and integrate automated tests seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline, accelerating time-to-market.

- Execute automated test suites, meticulously analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with engineering teams to facilitate timely resolution, upholding stringent quality standards.

- Contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies, driving best practices in test automation and fostering a culture of quality across the organization.

- Mentor junior QA engineers, sharing expertise in automation best practices and emerging technologies to elevate the overall technical capabilities of the team.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in Data & Analytics QA Automation.

- Hands-on experience with DBT test automation and data validation frameworks.

- Strong understanding of Data Engineering concepts and ETL/ELT processes.

- Advanced SQL skills for data validation and analysis.

- Experience with Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools.

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred).

- Experience testing enterprise-scale data pipelines and analytics platforms.

- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modeling concepts.

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
