About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation & Manual Engineer with hands-on experience in testing modern web applications and AI-powered products. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test strategies across manual, automation, API, and AI workflows, ensuring high-quality software releases in a fast-paced product environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web applications and APIs.

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using modern testing tools.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.

- Validate AI/LLM-powered features, including prompt responses, RAG workflows, and AI-driven user experiences.

- Test REST APIs using tools like Postman or similar platforms.

- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or equivalent tools.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and AI/ML teams throughout the SDLC.

- Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and release validation.

- Improve QA processes and contribute to continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.

- Strong experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.

- Proficiency in one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience testing REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.

- Experience with SQL for backend/database validation.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira.

- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

AI Testing Experience (Must Have) :

- Hands-on experience testing AI/LLM-powered applications.

- Experience validating chatbot, generative AI, or AI assistant workflows.

- Understanding of Prompt Engineering, LLM behavior, and response validation.

- Experience testing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines is preferred.

- Knowledge of AI evaluation metrics such as accuracy, relevance, hallucination detection, and response consistency.

- Exposure to OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms is an advantage.

Good to Have :

- Experience with performance or load testing tools (JMeter, k6, Locust).

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience testing microservices-based architectures.

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with security testing concepts.
