Quality Assurance Architect - Python Automation Testing

Responsibilities :

- Define and own the end-to-end QA strategy, frameworks, and architecture.

- Design automation solutions using Python & PyTest for large-scale and complex workloads.

- Drive test planning and execution for storage systems (block, file, object) and HPC/AI workloads.

- Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code for test environments.

- Mentor and guide QA leads and engineers, fostering technical excellence across the team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, DevOps) to align QA strategy with product goals.

- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of test systems.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in QA and Test Automation with increasing leadership responsibilities.

- Strong expertise in Python programming and the PyTest framework.

- Proven experience in Storage QA (block, file, object systems).

- Hands-on exposure to Test Architecture and designing automation frameworks.

- Knowledge of HPC/AI workloads and performance testing practices.

- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (e. g., Terraform, Ansible) for test environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
