Quality Assurance Architect - Automation Testing

Description :

You will work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to establish best practices and ensure high-quality software delivery. If you have expertise in Java, Spring, Selenium or Playwright, Rest Assured, Gradle, Git, GitHub Actions, pipelines, and Gatling for performance and security testing, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Test Strategy & Execution : Implement robust automation strategies using Selenium or Playwright, Rest Assured, and Spring to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Performance & Security Testing : Leverage Gatling for performance and security testing, identifying bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.

- CI/CD & DevOps Integration : Develop and optimise automation pipelines using GitHub Actions, Gradle, and Git, ensuring seamless execution in CI/CD environments.

- Best Practices & Innovation : Drive automation best practices, introduce new tools, and enhance test efficiency.

- Collaboration : Work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong Java programming skills with experience in Spring.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright for UI automation.

- API testing expertise using Rest Assured.

- Experience with Gradle, Git, GitHub Actions, and setting up test pipelines.

- Knowledge of performance and security testing using Gatling.

- Experience working in a DevOps and CI/CD environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimise test execution.

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to security testing beyond Gatling, such as OWASP ZAP.
