Responsibilities :

- Design and own the end-to-end test automation strategy across UI, API, integration, and performance layers.

- Architect and enhance automation frameworks for web, API, and performance testing (Cypress, K6, Selenium, etc.).

- Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines as quality gates and establish continuous testing.

- Manage test environments and data using AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).

- Champion quality practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with PSD2, GDPR, and PCI DSS standards.

- Monitor KPIs (coverage, defect leakage, test pass rates) and drive continuous improvement in quality engineering.

Requirements :

- 18 to 25 years of QA & test automation experience, with strong expertise in building automation frameworks for large-scale distributed systems.

- Hands-on programming experience in Java/JVM languages, with additional scripting in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.

- Deep knowledge of UI (Cypress/Playwright/Selenium), API (RestAssured, Postman, K6), and performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).

- Strong CI/CD integration skills (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) with Docker/Kubernetes exposure.

- Cloud experience in AWS, with Terraform/IaC for environment provisioning.

- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with a quality-first mindset.
