Role Overview:

As a QA Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for quality engineering, defining the strategy and framework for complex software ecosystems. You will work closely with cross-functional development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. By designing robust automation architectures and integrating cutting-edge technologies like Agentic AI, you will directly influence the reliability, speed, and overall success of our product delivery, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks that support scalable, high-availability applications to reduce manual intervention and accelerate release cycles.

- Architect end-to-end CI/CD pipelines that incorporate automated quality gates, ensuring seamless integration and deployment across diverse environments.

- Lead the evaluation and adoption of Agentic AI tools to enhance predictive testing capabilities and automate complex decision-making processes within the QA workflow.

- Collaborate with engineering leads to define quality standards and best practices, ensuring consistent code quality and system stability across all project phases.

- Mentor junior QA engineers and developers on advanced testing methodologies, fostering a culture of technical rigor and continuous improvement within the engineering department.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex automation frameworks using industry-standard software testing tools and programming languages.

- Proven ability to architect and manage CI/CD integrations, ensuring efficient build-test-deploy cycles in agile environments.

- Must have 3+ years of Agentic AI concepts and their practical application in optimizing software testing and quality assurance processes, including hands-on developed framework and automation.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to communicate complex technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-growth environment, with a commitment to maintaining quality standards across distributed teams in Hyderabad and Noida.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 6 - 10 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and architecture.
